When you log on to update your charity's information on our site, we ask for
your name and email address We keep a record of this information. This is
necessary for us to recognise you as a nominated charity editor.

When you subscribe to the e-bulletin we may ask for your name, job title,
telephone number and email address so that we can administer the e-bulletin.
