PRIMARILY CHILD-BEARING MOTHERS AND THEIR BABIES, BY THE PROVISION OF TRAINING TO HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, IN THE FIELD OF ANAESTHESIA, AND THE PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT TO SUPPORT SUCH TRAINING.
